MERCHANT SHIPPING
The Merchant Shipping Act 1970 (Commencement No. 11) Order 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of powers conferred by section 101(4) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970[1] and now vested in him[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 (Commencement No. 11) Order 1995.
2. The provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act 1970 specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in the second column of the Schedule) shall come into force on 1st May 1995.
