The Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) Order 1995

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(4) of the Intelligence Services Act 1994[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Intelligence Services Act 1994 (Dependent Territories) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 5th April 1995.
2. Subsection (1) of section 5 and subsection (1) of section 11 of the Intelligence Services Act 1994 shall extend to the colonies specified in the Schedule hereto as part of the law thereof.
