COAL INDUSTRY
The Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 5)Order 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 68(4) and (5)(a) of the Coal Industry Act 1994[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1995.
(2) In this Order "the Act" means the Coal Industry Act 1994.
Provision coming into force on 1st March 1995
2. Part III of Schedule 11 to the Act shall, so far as it relates to the repeals set out in the Schedule to this Order, come into force on 1st March 1995.
