The Public Health (Ships and Aircraft) (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 76 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984^[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Ships and Aircraft) (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st March 1995.

    2.    The Public Health (Aircraft) (Isle of Man) Order 1982^[2] and the Public Health (Ships) (Isle of Man) Order 1982^[3] are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Public Health (Aircraft) (Isle of Man) Order 1982 and the Public Health (Ships) (Isle of Man) Order 1982, which extended to the Isle of Man, subject to exceptions and modifications, the Public Health (Aircraft) Regulations 1979 (S.I. 1979/1434) and the Public Health (Ships) Regulations 1979 (S.I. 1979/1435). Those Regulations have been superseded by regulations made under the Public Health Act 1990 (an Act of Tynwald).
