The North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[2] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 30th January 1995.
Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
2. In Article 3(2) of the North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994[3] for the words "Basingstoke District Hospital" there shall be substituted the words "The North Hampshire Hospital".

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order amends the North Hampshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 to alter the name of the hospital at which accommodation and services (which the NHS trust established by that Order is to own and manage) are to be provided.
