The Borough of Trafford (A5063 Trafford Road/White City Gyratory System Canal Bridges) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1995

Made	9th January 1995

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Instrument in exercise of powers conferred by sections 106(3) and 108 of the Highways Act 1980^[1], and now vested in him^[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—

    1.    The Borough of Trafford (A5063 Trafford Road/White City Gyratory System Canal Bridges) Scheme 1993 is hereby confirmed.

    2.    The said scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto, and copies of the scheme with its accompanying plans are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P3PY and at the offices of Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Greater Manchester M32 0YT.

    3.    The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

    4.    This Instrument may be cited as Borough of Trafford (A5063 Trafford Road/White City Gyratory System Canal Bridges) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1995.
