The Parental Responsibility Agreement (Amendment) Regulations 1994

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4(2) and 104 of the Children Act 1989[1] hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Parental Responsibility Agreement (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd January 1995.
2. The form set out in the Schedule to the Parental Responsibility Agreement Regulations 1991[2] shall be replaced by the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
