The Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Pollution) Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10(4) of the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Pollution) Act 1994[1], hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Pollution) Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1994.
2. The provisions of the Merchant Shipping (Salvage and Pollution) Act 1994 specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in the second column of that Schedule) shall come into force on 1st January 1995.
