The Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993 (Commencement) Order 1994
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(2) of the Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993[1] hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993 (Commencement) Order 1994.
2. The Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993 shall come into force on 31st October 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order appoints 31st October 1994 as the day appointed by the Secretary of State for bringing into force the Gas (Exempt Supplies) Act 1993 for the purposes of section 4(2) of that Act.
