The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(2), (4) and (7) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980[1]and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 14th October 1994. Revocation of 1993 Regulations
2. The Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (England) Regulations 1983[2]are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)These Regulations revoke the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (England) Regulations 1983, which required local authorities to publish the information specified in the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (England) Code 1983.
