The Buckinghamshire County Council (Marsh Drive Great Linford) (Canal Footbridge) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1994

Made	29th July 1994

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Instrument in exercise of powers conferred by Section 106 of the Highways Act 1980^[1], and now vested in him (b), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—

    1.    The Buckinghamshire County Council (Marsh Drive Great Linford) (Canal Footbridge) Scheme 1993 is hereby confirmed with modifications.

    2.    The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plans are deposited at the offices of the Buckinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Aylesbury, Bucks and at the offices of Milton Keynes Borough Council, Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes.

    3.    The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

    4.    This Instrument may be cited as the Buckinghamshire County Council (Marsh Drive Great Linford) (Canal Footbridge) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1994.
