The Scottish Development Agency Dissolution Order 1994

Coming into force29th July 1994

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23(3) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Scottish Development Agency and their successor, Scottish Enterprise, and being satisfied that nothing further remains to be done by that Agency whether under Schedule 3 to that Act or otherwise, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Scottish Development Agency Dissolution Order 1994 and shall come into force on 29th July 1994.
        2.    The Scottish Development Agency shall be dissolved on 30th July 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
