The Queens Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946[1]is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: Citation and extent 1.(1) This Order may be cited as the South Africa (United Nations Arms Embargo) (Prohibited Transactions) Revocations Order 1994.
(2) This Order shall, to the extent that it makes provision in relation to any Order of HerMajesty in Council in force in each of the Channel Islands, in the Isle of Man or in any territory specified in Schedule 1 to this Order, have effect as part of the law of that one of the Channel Islands, of the Isle of Man or that territory.
Revocations 2. The Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are revoked.
