The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Anguilla) Order 1994

Present,
The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 32(4) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990[1], and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Anguilla) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 14th July 1994. 2. Sections 1 to 6, inclusive, 8 to 10, inclusive, 12 to 16, inclusive, 18 to 21, inclusive, 24 to 30, inclusive, and 32, of, and Schedules 1 to 3, inclusive, to, the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990, modified and adapted as in Schedule 1 hereto, shall extend to Anguilla. 3. The Anguilla Ordinances mentioned in Schedule 2 hereto shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified. 4. For the purposes of Schedule 1 hereto, the term "Governor" means the officer for the time being administering the Government of Anguilla.
