12. Safe carriage and security.
13. Prevention of fire, explosion and leakage.
14. Loading.
15. Packages.
16. Marshalling and formation of trains.
17. Labelling and marking of freight containers, tank containers, tank wagons and wagons.
18. Information, instruction and training for train crews and other persons connected with the carriage of dangerous goods.
19. Restrictions on the carriage of explosives.
20. Emergency arrangements.
21. Provisions relating exclusively to the safe carriage of radioactive material.
22. Defence in criminal proceedings for contravening these Regulations.
23. Exemption certificates.

 The Schedule Permitted mixed loads of explosives within different Compatibility Groups.
