The Sandwell Borough Council (Patent Shaft/Moorcroft Infrastructure) (Walsall Canal Bridge) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1993

Made	20th September 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Instrument in exercise of powers conferred by Sections 106(3) and 108(4) of the Highways Act 1980^[1], and now vested in him^[2], and of all other enabling powers:—

    1.    The Sandwell Borough Council (Patent Shaft/Moorcroft Infrastructure) (Walsall Canal Bridge) Scheme 1993 is hereby confirmed with modifications.

    2.    The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plans are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY, and at the offices of the Chief Executive, Sandwell Borough Council, Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, Warley, West Midlands.

    3.    The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in acccordance with paragraph 1 of chedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

    4.    This Instrument may be cited as the Sandwell Borough Council (Patent Shaft/ Moorcroft Infrastructure) (Walsall Canal Bridge) Scheme 1993 Confirmation Instrument 1993.
