The Poultry Breeding Flocks, Hatcheries and Processed Animal Protein (Fees) Order 1993

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 84(1), hereby make the following Order: Title and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Poultry Breeding Flocks, Hatcheries and Processed Animal Protein (Fees) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 30th August 1993. Fees 2. There shall be paid to the Minister in respect of each transaction described in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order the fee specified opposite in column 2: (a) in the case of the transactions in paragraph 3, by the applicant when applying for authorisation, and (b) in any other case, by the person in whose name the holding or premises are registered under the appropriate Order, such fee being payable within 14 days of demand being made by the Minister. Revocation 3. The Poultry Flocks, Hatcheries and Processed Animal Protein (Fees) Order 1992[2] is hereby revoked.
