RATING AND VALUATION
The Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1993
The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(2) of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1993.
2. Sections 1(2) and 4 of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)Article 2 of this Order brings into force sections 1(2) and 4 of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 on the day after the day the Order is made.
