The King's Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[2] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the King's Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
Amendment of establishment Order
2. In the King's Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991[3] the definition in article 1(2) of "community health services" and article 3(2)(b) shall be omitted.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order amends the King's Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 removing from the trust established by that Order the function of providing community health services.
