The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1993

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 216(1) of the Education ReformAct 1988[1] the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th March 1993.
2. The bodies which are specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as bodies which appear to the Secretary of State to be recognised bodies.
3. The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1988[2] and the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1991[3] are hereby revoked.
