The United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1992

    The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Bristol and District Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust[2], having consulted that Trust and the special trustees of the United Bristol Hospitals in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation, commencement and interpretation
        1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th July 1992.

        (2)  In this Order:—
      "the previous Order" means the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992[3];

      "the Trust" means the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust.

    Transfer of trust property
        2.    On 29th July there shall be transferred from the Trust to the special trustees of the United Bristol Hospitals all the property transferred to the Trust by the previous Order.
    Revocation
        3.    The previous Order is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order transfers to the special trustees of the United Bristol Hospitals trust property formerly held by the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2NS.
