The Education (Schools) Act 1992 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1992

Made	12th May 1992

The Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the power conferred by section 21(3) of the Education (Schools) Act 1992^[1], hereby make the following Order—

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Education (Schools) Act 1992 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1992.

    2.    The provisions of the Education (Schools) Act 1992 ( "the Act ") specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on the dates specified in the second column.
