The Central Regional Council (Gartmorn Reservoir) Byelaws Extension Order 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Regional Council (Gartmorn Reservoir) Byelaws Extension Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th February 1992.
2. The period during which the Central Regional Council (Gartmorn Reservoir) Byelaws 1981 are to remain in force[2] is hereby extended to 30th September 1992.
