The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1992

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of, as read with paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to, the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
    Variation of fees
        2.    Schedule B to the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867[2] shall be amended in accordance with article 3 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, this Order.
        3.—(1)  In relation to those matters in Schedule B which are specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order, the fees payable shall be varied by substituting the fees specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 for the fees specified in column 3 of Schedule 1 (being the fees payable immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order).

        (2)  In relation to those matters in Schedule B which are specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order, fees shall cease to be payable (the fees payable immediately prior to the coming into force of this Order being shown in column 2 of Schedule 2).
        4.    The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1991[3] is hereby revoked.
