The Broadcasting (Foreign Satellite Programmes) (Specified Countries) Order 1991

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 79(5) of the Broadcasting Act 1990[1], I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Foreign Satellite Programmes) (Specified Countries) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 3rd October 1991.
2. The countries listed in the Schedule to this Order are specified countries for the purpose of section 79(5) of the Broadcasting Act 1990. Home Office
