The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Amendment) Order 1991

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in the case of land in England, and the Secretary of State, in the case of land in Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to the Agriculture Act 1986[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 27th September 1991.
Amendment of principal Order
2. The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) Order 1986([2]) is hereby amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the provisions contained in the Schedule to this Order.
