In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 3(3) of theCriminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990[1] I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (InternationalCo-operation) Act 1990 (Designation of Prosecuting Authorities) Order1991 and shall come into force on10th June 1991.
2. The prosecuting authorities specified in the Schedule to this Orderare hereby designated for the purposes of section 3 of the CriminalJustice (International Co- operation) Act 1990.
