The Football Spectators Act 1989 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1991

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 27(2) and (3)of the Football Spectators Act 1989[1], I hereby make the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Football Spectators Act 1989(Commencement No. 3) Order 1991. 2. Section 13 of the Football Spectators Act 1989 shall come into forceon 3rd June 1991.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order brings into force on 3rd June 1991 section 13 of theFootball Spectators Act 1989 which concerns the functions of theFootball Licensing Authority in relation to safety at football grounds.
