The City of Bradford Metropolitan Council (Salts Mill to Otley RoadLink Road, Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 Confirmation Instrument 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Instrument inexercise of powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Highways Act 1980[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other enabling powers: 1. The City of Bradford Metropolitan Council (Salts Mill to Otley RoadLink Road, Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990 is hereby confirmed withmodification. 2. The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as"the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme, asconfirmed, with its accompanying plans are deposited at the Departmentof Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY and atthe offices of the Director of Legal Services, City of BradfordMetropolitan Council, Room 102 First Floor, City Hall, Bradford. 3. The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that ithas been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 ofSchedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980. 4. This Instrument may be cited as the City of Bradford MetropolitanCouncil (Salts Mill to Otley Road Link Road, Canal Bridge) Scheme 1990Confirmation Instrument 1991.
