The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1991

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 48(5) and 51(4) of the Gaming Act 1968[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1991, shall extend to Scotland only and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.
        2.    The provisions of section 48 of the Gaming Act 1968 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to fees charged in respect of the matters mentioned in column 2 of that Schedule) shall have effect as if, for the references to the sums specified in those provisions (for which the sums mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule were substituted by the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1990[2], there were substituted references to the sums specified in column 4 of that Schedule.
        3.    In the Schedule to the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1990 there shall be omitted the entries relating to the following provisions of section 48 of the Gaming Act 1968, namely paragraphs (a), (b), (f) and (g) of subsection (3) and paragraphs (a) and, except in relation to transfer of a licence, (b) of subsection (4).
