The Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 1990

    The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 3 to the Environmental Protection Act 1990[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.
        2.    Regulation 2 of the Statutory Nuisance (Appeals) Regulations 1990[2]is amended in paragraph (2)(a) by substituting for the words "section 80(3)" the words "section 80".
