The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 20, 24(1)(b) and 29(1) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st September 1990.
        2.    For Schedule 2 to the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1981[2] there shall be substituted the Schedule to these Regulations.
