The National Dock Labour Board (Date of Dissolution) Order 1990
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(5) of the Dock Work Act 1989[1], hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the National Dock Labour Board (Date of Dissolution) Order 1990.
2. The date on which the National Dock Labour Board shall be dissolved is 30th June 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)This Order specifies that the date on which the National Dock Labour Board shall be dissolved is 30th June 1990.Under the provisions of section 8(4) of the Dock Work Act 1989, the repeals in Part II of Schedule 1 to that Act come into force also on that date.
