The Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings in Wales and Buildings in Conservation Areas in Wales) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 54(7), 56(6), 56B(2), 271, 277A(1) and (8), 287(1) and (2), 290[1] of and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 11 and Part VI of Schedule 21 to, the Town and Country Planning Act 1971[2], as extended by section 2(2) of the Welsh Language Act 1967[3], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: Citation, commencement, application and interpretation 1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings in Wales and Buildings in Conservation Areas in Wales) (Welsh Forms) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 27th June 1990.
(2) These Regulations apply only in respect of listed buildings[4] in Wales and buildings in conservation areas in Wales.
(3) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Regulations 1987[5].
Notification to applicant 2.(1) The form set out in Part I of Schedule 1 to these Regulations is hereby prescribed as the version in Welsh which may be used instead of the form in Part I of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (notification to be sent to applicant on receipt of application for listed building consent, for conservation area consent or to vary or discharge conditions attached to listed building consent or conservation area consent).
(2) The form set out in Part II of Schedule 1 to these Regulations is hereby prescribed as the version in Welsh which may be used instead of the form in Part II of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (notification to be sent to applicant on refusal of listed building consent or conservation area consent or grant of consent subject to conditions).
(3) The form set out in Part III of Schedule 1 to these Regulations is hereby prescribed as the version in Welsh which may be used instead of the form in Part III of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (notification to be sent to applicant on refusal to vary or discharge conditions attached to listed building consent or conservation area consent, or on the addition of new conditions consequential upon variation or discharge).
Certificates and notices 3.(1) The forms set out in Part I of Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in Part I of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (certificates to accompany applications and appeals).
(2) The forms set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in Part II of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (notice of application for listed building consent, conservation area consent or for variation or discharge of conditions, for service on individuals and notice for publication in local newspapers).
(3) The forms set out in Part III of Schedule 2 to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in Part III of Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (notice of appeal for service on individuals and notice of appeal for publication in local newspapers).
Notice of listing and of exclusion from listing 4. The forms set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations are hereby prescribed as the versions in Welsh which may be used instead of the forms in Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations (form of notice that a building has become listed or has ceased to be listed).
