The Juvenile Courts (London) (Amendment) Order 1990

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 14 and 20 of Schedule 2 to the Children and Young Persons Act 1933[1], as amended by section 17(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963[2] read with section 12(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1964[3], I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Juvenile Courts (London) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
2. In this Order, "the 1975 Order" means the Juvenile Courts (London) Order 1975[4].
3. For Schedule 1 to the 1975 Order there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
