The Outer Space Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 1990

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of March 1990

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

    Her Majesty, in pursuance of sections 2(3) and 15(6) of the Outer Space Act 1986[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 14th April 1990.
        2.    The application of the Outer Space Act 1986 is hereby extended to bodies incorporated under the law of the Bailiwick of Jersey.
        3.    It is hereby directed that the Outer Space Act 1986 shall apply to the Bailiwick of Jersey subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
