The Electricity Act 1989 (Consequential Modifications of Enactments) Order 1990

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 112(2) of the Electricity Act 1989[1] and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Act 1989 (Consequential Modifications of Enactments) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 31st March 1990.
2. The enactments mentioned in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby modified to the extent specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
