The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1990

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of, as read with paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to, the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
        2.    The fees payable in relation to the matters specified in Schedule B to the Lyon King of Arms Act 1867[2] (and repeated in column 1 of the Schedule to the Order) shall be varied by substituting those specified in column 3 of the Schedule to this Order (the fees formerly payable being shown in column 2).
        3.    The Lyon Court and Office Fees (Variation) Order 1988[3] is hereby revoked.
