The Electricity Supply (Amendment) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 29 and 60 of the Electricity Act 1989[1], hereby makes the following Regulations:—
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Supply (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st March 1990.
Amendment of the Electricity Supply Regulations 1988
2. The Electricity Supply Regulations 1988[2] shall have effect subject to the amendments contained in the Schedule hereto.
