The Brunei (Appeals) Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2(2) of the Brunei (Appeals) Act 1989[1], I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Brunei (Appeals) Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989.
2. The Brunei (Appeals) Act 1989 shall come into force on 1st February 1990.
