INSOLVENCY

The Insolvency Act 1986 (Guernsey) Order 1989

1st February 1990

At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1989

Present,

The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 442 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ^[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Act 1986 (Guernsey) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st February 1990.

    2.    Subsections (4), (5), (10) and (11) of section 426 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ^[2]shall extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey with the modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
