The Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) Order 1989

Coming into force15th August 1989

    The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 15th August 1989.
        2.    The aerodromes specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby designated for the purposes of section 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
        3.    The Aerodromes (Designation) (Facilities for Consultation) Order 1977[2] is hereby revoked.
