The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1989
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 305(3) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988[1] ("the Act"), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1989.
2. The Copyright, Designs and Patents Acts 1988 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1989[2] is amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
