M606 The Bradford (Oakenshaw-Staygate) Motorway Scheme 1967 (Revocation) Scheme 1988 Confirmation Instrument 1989

Made	6th March 1989

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Instrument in exercise of powers conferred by section 16 of the Highways Act 1980^[1] and now vested in him^[2], and of all other enabling powers:

    1.    M606 The Bradford (Oakenshaw-Staygate) Motorway Scheme 1967 (Revocation) Scheme 1988 is hereby confirmed.

    2.    The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme") is set out in the Schedule hereto and copies of the Scheme are deposited at the Department of Transport and at the offices of the City of Bradford Metropolitan Council, Room 102,1st Floor, City Hall, Bradford.

    3.    The Scheme will become operative on the date on which notice that it has been confirmed is first published in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Highways Act 1980.

    4.    This Instrument may be cited as M606 The Bradford (Oakenshaw-Staygate) Motorway Scheme 1967 (Revocation) Scheme 1988 Confirmation Instrument 1989.
