The Crick (Northamptonshire) to Doncaster Bypass Motorway Connecting Roads (No 2) Special Roads Supplementary Scheme 1986 Variation Scheme 1989

Coming into force

3rd March 1989

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Scheme in exercise of powers conferred by sections 16, 17 and 19 of the Highways Act 1980^[1], and now vested in him^[2], and of all other enabling powers:

    1.    The Crick (Northamptonshire) to Doncaster Bypass Motorway Connecting Roads (No 2) Special Roads Supplementary Scheme 1986^[3] is hereby varied as follows -
 (a) for article 4(2)(i) there is substituted the following article -
"  (2)  
(i) "the deposited plan" means the plan numbered HA16/EM3 marked "The Crick (Northamptonshire) to Doncaster Bypass Motorway Connecting Roads (No 2) Special Roads Supplementary Scheme 1986 Variation Scheme 1989" signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY;".

    2.    This Scheme shall come into force on 3rd March 1989 and may be cited as the Crick (Northamptonshire) to Doncaster Bypass Motorway Connecting Roads (No 2) Special Roads Supplementary Scheme 1986 Variation Scheme 1989.
