The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 20 and 29(1) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959 [1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 30th January 1989.
        2.    For Schedule 2 to the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1981 [2] there shall be substituted the Schedule to these Regulations.
