The School Curriculum Development Committee and Secondary Examinations Council (Designation of Staff) Order 1988

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 15(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988[1], the Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1. This Order may be cited as the School Curriculum Development Committee and Secondary Examinations Council (Designation of Staff) Order 1988, and shall come into force on 3rd January 1989. Designation of staff to be transferred from existing bodies 2.(1) Any employee of the School Curriculum Development Committee who is named in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order is designated as respects the Council specified in relation to that employee in column 2 of that Schedule.
(2) Any employees of the Secondary Examinations Council who is named in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order is designated as respects the Council specified in relation to that employee in column 2 of that Schedule.
