The Assured Tenancies (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1988

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 17(2) and (3), 19(3), 24(1) and (3), 32(2) and (4), 34(1), 48(2), 53(3) and 55(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Assured Tenancies (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 2nd January 1989. 2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988. 3. The forms set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the forms to be used for the purposes of the Act in the cases to which those forms are applicable.
