The Education (Recognised Awards) Order 1988

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 214(2)(c) and (3) of the Education Reform Act 1988[1] the Secretary of State for Education and Science hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 30th November 1988.
2. The awards which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order granted or to be granted by the person specified opposite in column 2 thereof are hereby designated as recognised awards for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.
