The Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Specified Periods) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1988

The Secretary of State for Wales in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 15(6) of the Local Government Act 1988[1] and all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:—
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Specified Periods) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 9th September 1988.
Application
2. These Regulations apply only to work to be carried out in Wales.
Amendment of principal regulations
3. For Part II of the Schedule to the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Specified Periods) (Wales) Regulations 1988[2] there shall be substituted the provisions set out in the Schedule hereto.
